Hi, I'm Dawn Sabean

COACH · SCIENCE EDUCATOR · PRO BODYBUILDER · UC THRIVER

I'm a middle school science teacher and certified personal trainer - and I've lived with ulcerative colitis. I know what it feels like to be failed by generic advice and cookie-cutter nutrition plans.

I didn't follow the standard protocols. I used food as information, not restriction. I competed as a pro bodybuilder without following conventional diets. I learned that healing and performance can coexist - and that the gym alone will never be enough for women navigating autoimmune conditions.

What I teach isn't theory. It's what I lived, tested on myself, and now use to help women 40+ reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence - without extremes.

I've tried anti-inflammatory diets before and they didn't work. Why would this be different?
